Shipping Policy

At Faith Care Professional Wear, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and with care. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping options.

Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom embroidery orders may require additional processing time of 5–10 business days depending on order complexity and volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing (order must be placed by 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

Faith Care Professional Wear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Faith Care Professional Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
