Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Embroidered or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We are happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact our team to initiate an exchange before sending your item back.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
